THE CONCEPT:
When buying a man's suit there are 3 options:
- Off the rack (basic adjustments)
- Bespoke (fully custom)
- Made to measure
Made to measure
allows you to alter the suit from standard cutting and sewing so it fits better, looks better and lasts longer. You are able to select many options, as in bespoke, such as buttons and button holes, lapel width, waist options (belt, suspenders, side tabs) but without the prohibitive cost. To all but the very trained eye you will be wearing a custom suit.
HOW THIS APPLIES TO TRAINING:
After 25 plus years in the training business we have noticed a need for a viable alternative between off the shelf training (off the rack) and fully custom training (bespoke).
There are many companies, including ourselves, offering quality off the shelf training, delivered by top flight presenters. Custom solution companies offer the option to hire their consulting teams to create training solutions from scratch.
With our extensive background in the training business, we have found a workable, quality middle ground--what we have chosen to call
Made to Measure Training
. This approach offers all of the quality, specific applicability, features and focus of the custom solution (bespoke) approach, but at a price equal to or lower than most off the shelf training available today.
WHAT WE DELIVER:
A custom designed training program is provided, complete with all pre-workshop, in class and post-workshop materials. The program is completely tailored to your organization in both its learning design and its materials.
The final product includes certification of your trainers to deliver the training. Options to use Galileo trainers at additional cost are available.
The product moves from engagement to delivery in 150 days or less.
You OWN the product. There are no licensing, per head, facilitation or delivery fees. You train it when you want as many times as you want.
WHAT DOES THIS COST?
For an organization intent on training at least 200 people, the cost of this Training (a customized, fully owned product) is equal to or less than the cost of buying an off the rack program from most nationally recognized training companies.
If you intend to train fewer than 200 people, please see our outstanding off the rack offerings.
The difference here is that, with Made to Measure Training, you don't pay for a one time experience. Since you own the product you can use it all you want without any extra or hidden fees or costs.
